Held online and in-person at the University of Washington on April 13, 2024, the annual NW Toxic Communities summit featured four prominent speakers and covered what will happen in the event of a Cascadia Subduction Zone Earthquake.

- Michael K. Lindell, Emeritus Professor in hazards reduction, author of 11 books, and consultant for over 40 public and private organizations concerning natural disasters.
- Leah Wood and Masha Cole-Tagaeva representing two EPA Region 10 Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Centers (TCTACs) who discussed technical assistance and preview grant opportunities for nonprofits seeking environmental and energy justice funding.
