Luke Hanst is a coordinator with the Institute for Sustainable Solutions (ISS) at Portland State University where he has written about the potential for chemical releases in Portland during a Cascadia earthquake.
10:45 – 11:45 AM — Michael K. Lindell
Michael K. Lindell is Emeritus Professor in hazards reduction. He is the author of 11 books and is a consultant for over 40 public and private organizations concerning natural disasters.

12:15 – 1:15 PM — Leah Wood and Masha Cole-Tagaeva
Representing two EPA Region 10 Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Centers (TCTACs), Leah and Masha will discuss technical assistance and preview grant opportunities for nonprofits seeking environmental and energy justice funding.
