Korean Women's Association-Youth Program (ALOT)

Korean Women's Association. Tacoma, WA. Established in 1972, the KWA has been offering program of services specialized for, and yet not limited to, minority populations with cultural and language barriers, as well as the poor, elderly, low income families, disabled individuals, and persons in the general public.

Started in 1996, ALOT Program aims to empower youth with the skills and experience necessary in becoming active leaders in their community.

Here, youth find a safe place to cultivate their person-hood in a community of peer and adult mentors and through valuable hands-on activities for teens to serve the community through creative and various mediums.
