NWTCC Members in Oregon
With its own diverse ecosystems and economic disparities, Washington is a challenging place to work on hazardous waste issues. Washington State members are hard at work on various community concerns which come from both historical contamination and current pollution.
Members are working on a range of issues including biomass and air pollution, toxins and toxicants in fish and other food sources, environmental justice, precautionary approach to health and preventing exposure to toxins, nuclear contaminants, and habit restoration.
